Frequently Asked Questions

To ensure availability for you and your guests, as well as to allow our bridal stylists to provide dedicated service, appointments are required. Appointments may be scheduled online or by contacting our store directly.

  A $25 consultation fee is required at the time of service. Should you purchase your bridal gown during the consultation, this fee will be waived.

Our fitting spaces comfortably accommodate up to five adult guests. For safety reasons and to ensure the bride receives undivided attention, we recommend limiting attendance to adults only. 

We advise purchasing your gown 5-6 months in advance. As most gowns are special orders to ensure the best fit, please consider that alterations may require up to 4-6 additional weeks. 

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and no refunds will be issued.

While we do not have an in-house seamstress, we partner with reputable local professionals and can arrange fittings in-store with our recommended specialists. All payments for alterations are made directly to the seamstress. You are welcome to select another professional if you prefer; however, we encourage consideration of our trusted partners.
